I went into Enlighten laser cosmetics for a consulation on several procedures. Chris was very thorough and seemed knowledgeable at the consultation. He gave me a quote on getting all of my red moles lasered and also my brown moles. When I called to make the appointment I asked the receptionist if the red moles are not completely gone will they follow up with a second appointment to make sure they are removed. She went to ask and came back and said yes. Then when I went in for the appointment as my treatment had already started Chris came in with a paper for the tech to read. She then said a few minutes later that my payment of $300 was for just one appointment and only for the torso. She was kind to still remove a few that were not on my torso, however, this was not the agreement that had been made. The appointment lasted for 20 minutes and it seems like $300 is a lot to pay in that short amount of time, a lot for only being willing to cover part of the body, and I have since seen some that they missed.
