long story short, our 2 year old cat wasn't doing too great (liver failure, hepatic lipidosis), and now (knock wood) is making a great recovery. Both Dr. Ryan and Dr. Bowles are knowledgeable and very personable. The receptionists can be short and rude, and often imply that THEY are very busy, and you have to work around THEIR schedule. granted, they are a little bit short staffed (1 person working the phone, i've been on hold for 15 mins once) and very, VERY busy, but for good reason.
