VERY Disappointed!! My sister is getting married and we ordered the bride and bridesmaid dresses from this shop and when came time for the dresses to be altered everyone's dress was not altered correctly. My dress' hem was completely and very noticeably crooked. The sides were not taken in correctly either . I do not recommend this place at all to anyone. Poor customer service when confronted with the issue of the dresses not being finished when asked (one month before the wedding) and appointments were set. Their response for not having completely finished and ready for pick-up was they were rushed and it's not normal for a bride or bridesmaid dress to be ready for pick-up more than the week of the wedding. UNACCEPTABLE!!! For the amount of money we paid for the dress and alterations, also the dresses were not pressed. Now we ALL have to take elsewhere for final alterations and fixing all the mistakes made. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
