We had a blockage in our bath tub when it wouldn't drain after cleaning. I called and was told Roto-Rooter would have a technician at my door in about an hour and a half. Nearly to the minute that was the case. The technician cleared the blockage, gave us tips on preventing new ones, and left us a complimentary bottle of drain cleaner/shield. I'm not happy I came home to another household problem to address after a long day at work but Roto-Rooter definitely made the problem bearable with the fast response and friendly, courteous technician.
