DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! This is the most rude, vile woman I have ever met. If you are even 5 minutes late picking up your dog she will try to hit you with a $50 late pick-up fee!! The last time I used her I was running a few minutes behind and I tried to call her and tell her but she didn't answer her phone. So when I showed up, she started screaming and cursing at me about not calling and told me that I now owed her $50 more for being a few minutes late. When I tried to tell her what had happened, she said she didn't care and that "" Well, then you can't have your dog back"" unless I was to pay the fee. I literally had to call the cops to have them come and make that foul woman give me my dog back. I will NEVER go there again. Also, I'm not the first person this has happened to. If you care about the well being of your dog ( my dog also came back filthy and matted) DO NOT go to AAA!!!!
