I will say Front Desk Customer Service was very nice to me. The girl who cut me hair MEREDITH, did a great job- She is one of the best but there is always learning curve.. She did exactly as I told her..
One thing i dont like about Salons in US is that they are always in a rush- In England barbers/hair dressers take the sweet time and give them input and recommendation on style change.. Here its more like Wam Bam Good bye Mam...
But yes MEREDITH is one of the best hair stylists I ever came across....
