We hired Dark Horse to handle airport transfers during The Masters Golf Tournament. Every trip had issues from late pick-up to sending inferior vehicles and unprofessional drivers. Some guests missed their flights. In one instance, 2 Dark Horse drivers caused major damage to the rented mini-buses they were hired to drive. When presented with the repair estimates ($2,500 deductible per bus), Anthony stated that his insurance will not cover the claim. My calls and emails asking for re-imbursement have gone unanswered. I am out $5.000 as a result of these horrible experiences. My advice to anyone considering using Dark Horse Limo - you are better off walking!!!
