I went to Ron thinking he would be able to challenge me and keep me in shape but once I signed his Ultimate-binding contract, his attitude changed. At first I was enjoying myself but then my financial situation changed and I was not able to make the classes. When I called Ron he told me that there was no way he would let me out of my contract and that if I stopped making payments he would be sure to take me to court and sue me. I was told I was a failure and irresponsible for not being able to show up even though it was due to work. He constantly gave negative reinforcement and talked down to me. Towards the end of my contract I called him to make sure the payments would stop and instead of telling me I needed to sign a 30-day notice he asked me why I was leaving and how had he not been helpful. Before I could respond I was met with anger and defensiveness. When I did start to speak he again interrupted me so I told him I would tell him if he stopped interrupting; however, he was not happy that I had a backbone and could stand up to him and he hung up on me. Not very professional considering this is his business. I liked most of the other trainers so this rating is not towards them, only towards Ron and his business. I wish things would have worked out differently but negativity seems to be more of Ron's better personality traits
