Had our phantom screened installed about 5 years ago for french doors and they did a great job until it was time to rescreen the doors- I've called 10 times over the last month- they never answer the phone and don't return phone calls....finally called their corporate office which got them to call back (they called my office number at 9:30PM) No luck reaching them since and there is no one else in town to rescreen this door!
