I bought a new house, and this company significantly lowered their costs to compete with other bids I received. Everyone has been very nice, and I didn't mind a 3 yr contract since I'll need an alarm for 3 yrs. They even have key chain remotes to turn on and off the system (just like ADT has) ... really cool!
