We purchased a new A/C system for over $5,000 from them over 5 years ago. We had subsequent service contracts. Wait times for service appointments because exhausting. Their technicians were not proficient at following directions or listening to problems. Do yourself a favor, find another company that works with their customers and values them. Why would you want to give your hard-earned money to any business that doesn't? more
