In two words, pleasantly convenient. I have been in and out of apartments since 2006, and usually dread the thought of apartment hunting anywhere, especially in a market the size of Chicago. Apartment Savvy's website was helpful and its staff was attentive. Most importantly, they listened to what I did-not-want, and after showing me just three properties, each of which was close to perfect, I decided on a cozy one-bedroom in Lincoln Park. I will use them again.
