I arrived and they didnt seem to find me in the appointment book. I waited ~ 20 minutes to be introduced to my hairstylist which seeme to be in a rush. Place is nice and clean. Was then taken to get my hair washed where I got a really good scalp and hand massage. Nice touch. I got the Keratin hair treatment. It is def not the ""real one"". It seemed to be an accelerated quick vertion of it. Its supposed to last 3 mos ( as opposed to the 6 mos ). Then waited 30 minutes in line to pay for my service. The receptionist decided that it was more productive to talk to another client than to check me out. MAY OR MAY NOT GO BACK...
