I called Sally Ling?s for a catering job. I spoke to the owner?s daughter who handles their catering business. She ?sounded? pleasant and responsible. She told me she was excited, going to talk to her chef and e-mail me a menu with pricing. I was excited about doing business with them. I waited and waited for the menu and no response. I left messages and no response. It was very disappointing that they didn?t have the decency to call back if they decided not to handle the job. This is just bad business? It was a good thing I had enough time to find another responsible caterer elsewhere.
