I have been a member of Spectrum since 1999 and their front desk is friendly and personable. The front desk always says hi and goodbye to me by name and I love that. I have referred many friends and co-workers and have never had anyone regret it. They all love it here. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I had to take my son off my account and Rick helped me and he was very nice and helpful. Elly is the salesperson that signed up most of my friends and they have found her to be extremely honest and caring and said she goes out of her way to explain the policies and what the club offers. Whenever I have friends from out of town I know I can call Elly and she will give me some free passes for them so I won't have to pay a guest fee. I love the classes, the cleanliness, the ambiance.They have some new spin instructors that are INCREDIBLE. THE BEST I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!
