so far my experience has been great with their customer service. We ordered our flooring and picked it up in Phoenix where it was available. Then when we arrived and needed extra things, like thresholds and install kits they sales team was able to place my order over the phone and have my homie with the truck pick it up at the same time. We installed this floor last night and it doesn't ""click"" like other flooring we have and hopefully wont separate like other posters have said. Until then I'm giving 5 stars because the service I received was excellent, and fast.
