From the very first phone call, customer service with Wayne's Automotive is superb! Jim did an excellent job with my vehicle. I came in for a routine smog check and there was an issue with my 03 Camry. Jim went above and beyond to diagnose what the issue was and helped me solve the situation. Another shop I went to attempted to charge me $70+ just to figure out what was wrong!! While I was waiting, Oscar did a courtesy check on my vehicle which resulted in me discovering that I may need to replace my battery. I would definitely come back!!!
