Finally decided to fix a slow draining kitchen sink and called a competitor company that I've used in the past. The receptionist had a real attitude even though I tried to be nice and explain this was not an emergency situation. She said there was no way she could give me a date or time as they were slammed. So I called Roto-Rooter instead. The receptionist very cheerfully ask how could she provide excellenct service and proceeded to say she could have someone at my home within the hour that would provide a free estimate. John arrived and provided a written estimate with three options, excellent service at a very fair price and gave tons of tips along the way. Very much above and beyond. Super pleased.
