We were taking our daughters and grandkids out for Mother's Day Brunch. I had reservations for 12 people and had made them 3 weeks before Mother's Day. We were taken to our table which was two tables across from one another. I told them that was not acceptable and I wanted one table so we could all eat together. Next, we went to the buffet line and there weren't any plates. We waited for clean plates for 10 minutes. Once they brought clean plates, then several food dishes were empty and we had to wait for them to bring more. My son-in-law waited 40 minutes in the omelet/pasta line to get his omelet made. The food was just ok, but they certainly do not know how to handle a large crowd for brunch. My total bill was over $200 and it was so not worth it. Never again will I eat at Grappa Grill.
