When I was shopping for a used vehicle, my experience was first rate. I found the used car I was looking for at Lakeside, at a good price. Financing was easy, and I walked out with a great used vehicle. Problem is, my sales agent (Tex) promised he would mail me an electronic key, since the one to the vehicle could not be found (or perhaps didn't arrive with one). After a week, I called him, and left a message, which was never returned, even after several messages. I have emailed him also, and it is several months later. I give up and do not expect to receive my electronic key. I wish he would not have promised what he could not deliver, i feel i at least deserved a call back!
