We were loyal customers, but suddenly all prices sky rocketed in a weird way. Parts and labor for simple tasks now are comparable to dealer repair prices.
In asking friends and neighbors, they all said they switched to other auto repair places, and found the prices to be one-third to one-half of JAC.
We are sorry to leave, but no choice in this economy. Found other places just as competent (or better), with much more reasonable rates.
