I have been very unhappy with Comfort Xpress in Delaware Ohio. They installed a Dual Fuel heat pump in my house 2.5 years ago. Since then, it has required significant service 4 times. This time all the refrigerant has leaked out. The charged me $87.00 to tell me this and now want $500 to find the leak in a unit that they installed only 2.5 years ago. I don't know what they will charge me to fix the leak. No, I think its time to cut my losses and go geothermal with another company.
