No one wants a call from a collections company! However, the representative that did call after my husband had a heart attack (and no insurance), hince the reason we couldn't pay the hospital, was actually very kind and understanding. She was even helpfull in getting everything straight once his medicaid was approved. She always genuinely asked about his health and our family. AND the point is, we did owe the money to the hospital! Anyway, Thanks Kat!
