Very disappointing experience with repair of a computer that wouldn't boot up. After they charged almost $300 for the repairs, it would not boot when I got it home. I took it back for warranty service. They wanted another major repair charge. I decided to just get another computer. They then charged me a $50 ""diagnostic fee"" to return the unrepaired computer.
