I strengthened the core muscles and improved my posture. However, I did not lose 10 pounds?.I lost 15 POUNDS! And 42.75 inches! And 4.8% body fat! I have more body fat to lose but have learned to eat better and feel confident that the percentage will continue to go down. I feel more alert, have more energy, and look better in my clothes?especially the new ones that are 1 ? 2 sizes smaller! YL Fitness has gotten me back on the path being fit and trim?.I don?t think turning 60 will be so bad after all.
