I can only comment on the 3-day delay in shipping because I haven't received my order yet. I'm just disappointed because they didn't even process my order til 1 1/2 days after I placed it on line. I could have ordered directly from the manufacturer (Lobster, Inc) but to save $25 shipping I went through Midwest Sports. What a mistake, as I was in a hurry. Instead of shipping on Monday (Lobster would have) my order wasn't processed until Wednesday and will be shipped on Thursday. When I called, they were nice but that won't allow me to use my ball machine this weekend. If you're in a hurry, go elsewhere.
