I called today to schedule an estimate. I was told that the guy who did the estimates was playing golf. I asked if I could get a rough estimate over the phone if I explained what I needed to be cleaned. The lady said she was the only one in the office, and she couldn't do any qoutes over the phone. She said everyone who could help me would be back in the office tomorrow. REALLY? No one can help me?! I guarantee I will be using another provider for my requested services!!!
