On two incidents I have been totally frustrated with my phone, took it to the people at This Sprint location, and they have patiently worked with me until I understood how to use this amazing thing called Evo. Sprint, appreciate Melanie Kimble, the honorable, ever-vigilant manager and Calvin McGee, wise and knowledgeable, they are great assets to your company.
