The only concerns a dining establishment such as this needs to pay attention too is the quality of its food and above all the quality of its service, in past experiences i have found this establishments food to be quite a bit below the bar for what you would expect from an establishment of its kind, but felt it was par for the course in the area until today. Mothers day of all days, this establishment has broken a cardinal rule of dining establishments by allowing its customer service to match the diminished quality of its food, when asked to assist in arranging a small and simple dinner for two for mothers day the management was unwilling to even try to facilitate the request, of a paying customer, and that was not the most shocking part, its not the fact that they were unable to accommodate, it was the general and willful lack of any kind of willingness to do so that has permanently pushed this establishment off my list of places to spend my hard earned money, i would recommend that others take notice and don't spend your hard earned money in establishments that have become complacent and sub par just because they think they are the only game in town. You the customer deserves better! My advice is to take your business across the street or down the promenade and enjoy the same caliber of food for a better price without the terrible customer service, and i will see you there.
