DO NOT use Central Carolina Air Conditioning. They came to service our heat pump. The customer service is appaling. They will not break down the price for you until after you pay...so you don't know what your paying for labor, parts. etc. They overcharged us by hundreds of dollars for labor (because they lied about how long it took). Mark, Nikki, and Logan are jokes. We were told the check was in the mail...a week later the check still hadn't been written. They promised appointment times and then didn't show up at all and did not return phone calls. Mark would promise to return phone calls and then never call.
