years ago this used to be a great company to buy rc equipment from lately it has been the worst. a few months ago i bought an rc truck from them and the radio didnt work right, i took it in and they tried to rig it to "kind of make it work". when that failed they said i can either return it with a restocking fee or i could contact the manufacturer to get a new one. any other business would have taken care of the issue and contacted the manufacturer to get me a new one seeing as how i had just spent over $400 on it. then on a separate occasion i went to the store to get a new landing skid for my helicopter and the same guy (the guy with the dragons layer truck) was at the front counter on the phone when i walked in. i patiently waited for him to finish his conversation. when he got off the phone he looked at me, put a box on the shelf, then walked to the back room so the guy at the back counter had to help me. on to todays issue, i called in to see if they had any parts for an associated sc8 which is exactly what i asked when he (the same dragons layer guy) picked up the phone, he said hold on for a second. well that second turned into 8 minutes on hold before i finally hung up. after all the money i have spent in that store i will never spend another penny there. i will either order online and spend the extra few dollars on shipping or got to the hobby shop in the dimond center at least until the dragons layer guy does not work there anymore.
