I would agree with other reviews I've read here about the owner..........really a rude person. If you're buying or exchanging, she can be friendly and nice. (Sometimes.) But if you have a return........OMG, she is sooooo rude. I, too, have walked into the store dressed in my "walking" clothes, and have been looked up and down like I'm going to steal something. Even when I purchased over $300.00 in jewelry at X-mas gifts, she had a really snotty attitude when I asked for a box for each piece that I was buying. Her employes are very nice and especially helpful, but I don't understand why they work for this woman. I've also seen her talk to her employees in a very short and condescending manner, when they've simply asked her a question.......really inexcusable. I only go there when I absolutely need a gift that I can't find elswhere. The store does have an amazing inventory.
