NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Having worked in the entertainment industry for nearly 10 years where my job is to book and schedule transportation for various high end celebrities. NEVER have I encountered such POOR customer service. I booked a limo 3 weeks in advance and confirmed time and date twice before the event. I called for a 3rd time when I found out they where a half hour late and the owner of the company had no idea about my reservation. He continued to lie to me and tell me numerous stories, none of which matched up, on why they where running late. I gave them the opportunity to correct the problem but in the end after waiting 2 1/2 hours I had to not only cancel the limo but cancel the entire event. There was no effort on the owners behalf to rectify the situation. When I called the following Monday to discuss the situation with the owner, I was told to call back "at a later time because he is going to just yell at me". WTF???
