After taking two weeks to put the wrong prescription into the frames I purchased, the best customer service the GM at Pearle, his name is Richard, could muster was overnighting the glasses to me when they received them(no apology, no "we're so sorry, this never happens"). That would've worked out if he had written a apt number on the package. He did not, when UPS called for a apt number, Pearle refused to release the info. This left me driving to the UPS warehouse on a Fri night at eight o'clock to pick up my glasses. After a month of crappy customer service I received a check for sixty dollars from Pearles parent company, Luxottica. The check actually bounced. The "we're so sorry check" was returned. Unbelievable. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Anywhere but Pearle. more
