We had issues with our AC unit shutting off and asked the company to check it out. We replaced the breaker and still had issues with cooling the house and the unit shutting off. We asked the company to come out again and were told the cooling problems had nothing to do with the unit and the unit was running fine. Recently we asked the company to come out again due to the unit not cooling and was told the unit had a slow freon leak....of course this is now 4 months past the warranty expiring. They agreed to cover the parts under the limited warranty, but not the labor or freon....the estimated given to us for the labor and Freon was $610. ....You decided...
