Charges $35 to come out for estimate. Quotes are very high so when customer rejects his estimate, he still makes $35. Hired him for some work at our home. He told us he was using "top of the line" products. Not true! He used inferior wood products, carpeting, etc. Within 4 months, paint peeled completely off from handrails. He never filled screw holes or sanded the wood before painting...looks terrible! Been trying to get him to come back and fix the problem. He talks a line, but does not deliver. Do not hire this man. His name is Steve Jordan. He'll promise you a lot, but work is shoddy.
