I needed service on both my washer and dryer. Young's sent out "Dave" to service them today. I was so impressed with his professionalism, his ability, and his knowledge. He was a great teacher on how to better use my washing machine for optimal performance. I am appreciative that Young's obviously doesn't "just hire anyone," but sends QUALIFIED repair people!
