I was impressed with the overall experience I had at Rumors yesterday. I was checked in promptly at the front desk and offered a drink, then my stylist came out almost immediately. She was a sweetheart, listened carefully to what I wanted. Unlike many experiences elsewhere, she actually went ahead and did EXACTLY what I wanted and my hair came with a light blond highlight that most stylists can't get on my dark hair - ends up brassy looking. I felt like a million bucks. If you get the right stylist the prices are actually reasonable and you still walk out feeling amazing. Ask for one of their mid level stylists... I recommend Dale!! Eyebrow waxing experience was also great with Ariel. Cons: TIGHT quarters/too many ppl on top of you - but I heard that they are moving to a larger location
