I had a fence installed in my yard a few year's back. Ie was a vinyl fence and many of the slats have fallen off.
I have called this company 4 times in the past 3 weeks and every time the man who answers the phone is very friendly and tells me he will send someone out to look at it and see what needs to be done. Still waiting!!!
The funny thing is when I called to have the fence installed someone was there within an hour! Too bad they don't back up their products.
