I contacted Deconstruction services early this year to ask for an estimate for deconstructing my kitchen. Their reply did not come until weeks after I had sent the request. At the time I was still setting up the kitchen project, so I did not think much of their response delay and asked them for a quote. Deconstruction services claims that as part of their service they will send a donation receipt including pictures of the materials they are putting up for sale at the ReBuilding Center. The deconstruction took place in February, and, more than three months later, I still have not received the promised donation receipt. The bill of course came promptly two days after the deconstruction was completed. I send them an email more than a week ago to ask about why I have not received a receipt yet and they did not reply. At this point I am very dissappointed by their lack of customer orientation and cannot recommend them. more
