A great location, close to downtown and the metro, and a low price make this a good option for your downtown lifestyle; however, be careful and do research before signing up.
When signing the lease, we were promised valet parking - was finally granted after headache; free access to the gym (as mentioned here on the website as "free") - It's not really free, only after paying a large fee to program the door code into your keyfob, I was never willing to; the ability to extend - completely inflexible, well, it just was never mentioned to cost over $192 bucks a night in my case.
These 3 issues have led to headaches. The management has been helpful on a few points after frustration; however, their "policies" impede themselves from delivering promises. Just be aware.
It's been a good place, but I won't live here again... have a gross taste in my mouth. Good luck!
