I really have enjoyed Toyama Japanese Steak house. I usually have Hibachi grill, and their chicken, and steak is good, and the shrimp is really great. The prices are about average, but are better at lunchtime. I really love their crunchy shrimp roll, they have a sesame seed mix in the rice, that makes it tasty, but they don't over do the sweet sauces and excess "fancier" stuff that hides the taste of a good sushi roll.I have had a variety of experiences with the service. Only once was it bad, (and I never saw that particular waitress again) and most of the time it was good to excellent. The chefs have been friendly and personable, and I really did enjoy the experience.
