Not all bounce-house vendors are equal! I stumbled upon Jump Action after calling a few bounce house vendors for rates. Some never called me back; others refused to accommodate an event at a public park. Steve answered right away and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was also very familiar with the park we were having my daughter's birthday party at despite it not being a commonly known park (a best-kept secret type place.) Unlike the previous bounce house company we contracted with the last time, Steve did not want to take any credit card information down until right before the event, just in case there was some last-minute cancellation. He promptly called me the day before the event to verify we were still on. The day of our event, his associate was there to set up before I even arrived and showed up exactly when we asked him to. In this day and age, when high quality customer service is as rare as it is for people to make a phone call instead of sending a text, it is worth noting a company that actually puts his customers needs/wants first.
