I own a contracting business so I have a pretty high expectation of repair people and I am a hard judge of service companies. I hired Mr. Nash to fix my oil furnace after it stopped working on a weekend. I looked over his shoulder and asked questions the entire time.
Mr. Nash himself arrived and correctly assessed the problem as a blocked check valve in the underground tank - I was amazed at the diagnosis. The solution was looking pretty grim -- excavating to the tank and attempting a repair or replacing the tank. However, Mr. Nash had a clever idea about how to reverse pressure the oil line and, hopefully, knock the obstructions back into the tank. And it worked!
It was a brillant deductiion and clever idea to save me a lot of headache and money. As I write this review the furance has been humming along for several weeks and my house is warm and cozy. Thank you Mr. Nash!
