the best buy in Lakeland has the poorest customer service I have EVER experienced. Unusually poor quality of experience for those calling with questions about their merchandise, then when going into he store the personnel are so wrapped up in their own PERSONAL lives they forget they are in a professional setting and are quite visually and consciously ignoring the customer so as to go on with what they feel is important. Where I come from, and most every other working person comes from, the customer is the most important in ANY retail business. WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU PEOPLE? DOES YOUR COMPANY NOT HAVE ANY STANDARDS OR GUIDELINES!!!
