I called to order new windows for my house. The salesman arrived as scheduled, showed me the information and the did what he had to. A few days later he called to let me know he had the pricing done and came for a second appointment. He was very prompt, polite and knowledgeable with the products. Got a phone call from Yancey setting up the pre measurement and then the install, great customer service from the office staff who were also very knowledgeable. The team, Miguel and Jim, came out to premeasure the windows and then to do the installation. What a professional team these two are. They are extremely polite, neat, well mannered, and conscious of the client at all times. Miguel and Jim kept each work area clean as they went along and made sure there was not debris anywhere before they left. They offered the absolute best customer service I have ever received from any contractor and I would definitely highly recommend Yancey to anyone needing work done.
