DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE!!! The staff seemed so nice and helpful when I came in to lease, and then it all changed once I moved in. I moved in on March 31 and didn?t have hot water until 29 April! Just found out that the guy who leased the apartment before me broke his lease and moved out early for the same reason after reporting it to the Health Department and city agencies. So, they knowingly rented an apartment to me and my 2 year old little girl that wasn?t livable. Once I finally complained enough to get something fixed, they had an electrician come out to redo the electrical box to support a hot water heater for the unit. There are holes and cracks around the electrical box, now, and the countertop is uneven after installation of the hot water heater. I?m counting down the months until my lease is up and I just now finished my first month. My neighbors told me they hate to see people moving in because they know how many issues they are going to have. These places seem nice and
