Where to even start? This is a complete SCAM shop. So people who don't know very much about cars (like myself) please beware, or just the public in general. They will take you for every cent. My boyfriend brought his car here because at the time he didn't have the money to pay for it, and his mom was helping him out. His mom thought this would be an ok place to take the vehicle because GUS the owner was a friend of her husbands. Originally the mechanic assigned to the vehicle was Jim, after Jim had worked and worked on it (so he said) he got frusturated and ended up taking the vehicle home over the weekend. When we went to see about the car the following Monday, it wasn't at the shop, it was still in Jim's possession. We were a bit worried when we were told that Jim had gone on "vacation" and the car was no where to be found. We were then promised the car would be back at the shop by Tuesday.
