I think you'll find this review a bit different than your typical review because I actually work for Dr Hart. I want to thank all of you for taking the time to comment on our services because the feedback can be eye opening. For all of you that love the care that Dr Hart provides-thank you. She goes above and beyond to deserve that kind of respect. For those of you who haven't had the experience with her that you had hoped, please try to realize that she has dedicated her life to you and the care of your pet. She has chosen to work 14 hours a day and never takes a day off even when she doesn't feel well. On top of that, she takes your critically ill pets home with her at night and gives up hours of sleep to care for them throughout the night.And, on top of that, she has an after hours pager service for emergencies so she has people waking her up.As you can imagine, people abuse this priveledge too and call with issues that are not emergencies. She's earned the right to have an off day
