This is the worst customer service experience EVER. We had a fraud issue and they did very little to help and kept applying charges that were unauthorized AFTER we reported the fraud. Also very fee driven. Not worth the time to even consider doing banking with since they switched from Research Federal. You have to call and 800# and sit on hold. Horrible. Don't seem to care about their customers at all. The 800 rep. flat out told me if I didn't like it to close my account.
